AI credits are a monthly promotional gift (courtesy): they are not part of the contracted plan, renew monthly without carrying over, and may change.
What data we request and why
We only access what's needed to publish on your behalf, always with your explicit authorization and through each platform's official APIs.
Access to publish on your behalf
When you connect a network, we ask permission to publish the content you create on the account you choose (for example, upload videos to your YouTube channel). We never publish anything unless you tell us to.
Comments and direct messages
With your permission, we read the comments and DMs of your connected accounts to show and reply to them on your behalf — manually or with the automation rules you set up.
Encrypted tokens, no passwords
Access tokens are stored encrypted. We never store or know your password, because we use official login (OAuth).
What we DON'T do
We don't sell your data, we don't use bots or scraping, and we don't access anything beyond the permissions you grant. You can disconnect any network anytime or request full deletion of your data.

Do I need technical skills?
No. You connect your networks with their official login (no passwords or weird setups), write your post and choose where to publish it. The whole panel is straightforward.
Which networks can I connect?
Instagram (professional account), Facebook Pages, YouTube and TikTok. Depending on your plan you can connect several accounts per network and spread them across your workspaces.
Are automations safe for my accounts?
Yes. Everything runs through each platform's official APIs (our app is reviewed and approved by Meta), with anti-spam protection: a DM is only sent when the person has interacted first. No bots, no scraping.
What are AI credits?
They're the AI Studio currency for generating images and videos. Each month you receive gift credits as a courtesy of your plan (they don't roll over) and you can buy more if you need them.
Do you store my photos and videos?
Only temporarily: we keep the file of your scheduled posts and it's automatically deleted a few days after publishing. We're not cloud storage.
Can I manage several brands or clients?
Yes. Higher plans include multiple workspaces — each with its own networks, brand voice and separate data — and you can invite your team with admin or editor roles.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account, with no lock-in. When you cancel you keep access to your plan until the paid period ends.
